Program Overview
The 2-Day Basic Injectables Course (Botox and Filler) is an online program designed for beginners in the aesthetic medicine field who want to learn how to start administering neurotoxins and filler treatments. The course covers upper face neurotoxin treatments, including Glabella, Forehead, and Crow’s feet wrinkles, as well as lip and cheek area dermal fillers. Upon completion of the course, participants who submit their hands-on completion letter from the instructor and pass the online exams will receive a certificate from the Canadian Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (CAMA).

Live Virtual Session: during live virtual sessions, students have the opportunity to directly ask instructors questions. These sessions are available for 4 months from the date of initial registration. Our goal with these sessions is to ensure that all students’ questions are answered by our experienced CAMA faculty.
2-Day Hands-on Sessions
During the 2-day hands-on practical portion of this course, which takes place in Oakville clinic students will learn the following:
- Reconstitution techniques for neurotoxins.
- Preparation of dermal fillers.
- Recognition of common neurotoxins and fillers used in the market.
- Face landmarking for basic injectables
- Different injection techniques.
- Review of complications and their management.
